Download the EMC Isilon OneFS 7.2.0.1 Simulator at no charge for non-production use. You can use this to create a simulated environment and get a feel for the interface and administration tasks available in the latest Isilon software release. For support, join the EMC Isilon Community to access documentation, user guides, FAQs, and training. You can also join Community user discussions to get further insight in the latest OneFS features. Isilon

The Isilon download package contains the simulator for EMC Isilon OneFS 7.2.0.1 (VM) and the installation guide. Please follow the step by step installation instructions as indicated in the document.

System Requirements:

RAM
  • Minimum of 2 GB RAM for a virtual node
  • 6 GB RAM recommended per virtual node Processor
  • VT-capable processor

  • Microsoft Windows (recommended)
  • Ubuntu (Linux)
  • CentOS (Linux)

  • 17 GB of free space for the first node
  • 16 GB per additional node

If you identify a security vulnerability in an EMC product, please report the problem immediately. Timely identification of security vulnerabilities is critical to eliminating potential threats.

Customers, partners, and other entitled users of an EMC product should contact EMC Technical Support to report security issues discovered in EMC products. The EMC Technical Support team in collaboration with the appropriate product team and the EMC Product Security Response Team will work together on addressing the issue.

Security researchers, industry groups, vendors, and other users that do not have access to EMC Technical Support can send vulnerability reports via e-mail to security_alert@emc.com.
