Exhibition Format

The Solutions Exhibition consists of purpose pre-built exhibition booths, built on the ground level of the Palau de Congressos de Catalunya. All coffee breaks will be served in and around the exhibition area. The official opening of the conference will be the Welcome Reception on Monday 31st October. It will take place in the exhibition where booths will be open for the first time.

Staff Passes

Every exhibitor receives complimentary full conference passes, which includes entry to all social events from Monday 31st October to Thursday 3rd November 2016, any conference session, all conference materials, meals, transportation from/to the airport and shuttles between the Momentum hotels and The Palau de Congressos de Catalunya.

Every single attendee must pre-register for the conference for security and logistical purposes. All delegates will be required to produce photo ID at registration in order to gain entry into the conference.

Speaker Passes

Speaking slots are a sponsor benefit, as such your speaker should either use one of the passes included in your company’s sponsorship package, or purchase a separate full or daily conference pass. Co-presenters should follow the same process.

Stand Sharers

Stand sharing from a conference pass perspective is not permitted. All members of your attending staff must have a full conference pass, or a daily conference pass for the day(s) that they are attending.

Additional Passes

Additional staff, over and above those included in your sponsorship contract can also register for the full conference. Daily passes will be available from Monday 31st October to Thursday 3rd November and the day delegate rate includes attendance at conference sessions on your chosen day(s), all meals and refreshments, conference materials and participation in the social event for that evening. Speaking Slot Information

If you have a speaking slot as part of your sponsorship package or have purchased one, please submit your details via the Call-For-Topics Form no later than 15th July 2016.

Travel and Accommodation

We have secured block bookings and preferential conference rates at a number of hotels in Barcelona. We would strongly recommend that you book your staff’s hotel accommodation as soon as possible to avoid disappointment. If you choose to stay anywhere other than a Momentum conference hotel, you will be responsible for getting to and from the conference venue each day. Please go to the accommodation section of this website for full accommodation information.
