Modern protection storage architecture provides more than IT advantages – agencies can offer IT-as-a-Service. Service Level Agreements (SLAs) provide an important example. SLAs are agreements between a service provider and a customer, specifying what services the provider will deliver. Too often, SLAs are treated like guidelines, with no ramifications when goals aren’t met. Organizations can do better by establishing and meeting higher expectations with automated data protection.
