User Experience Design at EMC

User Experience (UX) Design teams at EMC are constantly focused on the design and usability of our products. Before each product is released, hundreds of decisions are made that affect your experience, and we want to hear from you! Your involvement in EMC’s design process through participation in usability studies ensures that together we create the best possible experience.

Help Us Understand Our Users

Our UX researchers need to talk to you! User experience research includes short web conferences where you show us how you use our software, longer site visits where we take the time to understand your environment, and even longitudinal studies that combine site visits with regular web conferences to understand deployments over time.

Help Us Design Our User Interfaces

Your feedback and input on our user interface designs are crucial validation steps for our UX designers. Design validation methods include online surveys to collect opinions and ideas, usability tests (either in the EMC lab in Hopkinton, at your site, or virtually through a web conference), and desirability and likeability testing.
