Technology giants, EMC rose six places to 5th in the large technology sector companies, and was officially named by Great Place to Work as the 13th best multinational organization in Europe to work for.
Excellent results were achieved across Europe which saw 11 countries in total ranking. This showed an improvement on 2012. Country participation numbers increased from 5 to12 which emphasizes EMC’s commitment to the GPTW initiative.
The President of EMEA at EMC, Adrian McDonald stated that EMC was very proud of being ranked as the 13th Best Multinational to work for in Europe.
EMC has obtained regular honest feedback from its employees and the Great Place to Work model supports its objectives of creating a culture of trust and improvement both with employees and clients.
