INSTRUCTOR-LED TRAINING (ILT)

What time do classes start and end?
The class start time is indicated on the class confirmation letter you will receive via email. Unless otherwise indicated, classes begin at 9:00 am. Classes end at approximately 4:00 pm. There is a lunch break as well as 15-minute mid-morning and mid-afternoon breaks.

What's the appropriate attire for class attendance?
Casual attire is recommended.

Where can I find directions and hotel information?
Confirmed registrants will receive a confirmation email that provides information on the class location. To get hotel information and travel recommendations please contact the RSA Training Center.

REGISTRATION

I see a course that I would like to take but there isn’t a date and/or location that is convenient for me.

How do I register multiple students for a class?
Each student must register individually for Instructor-Led and Online Virtual training.

How do I know that I am confirmed for a class?
After your payment (credit card or purchase order) has been received and you have registered you will be sent a confirmation email.

PAYMENT

When do my course fees have to be paid?
A payment method must be provided prior to registration.

What happens if RSA needs to cancel or reschedule a class?

How will I know if my course has been rescheduled?
Education Services will contact you via e-mail or phone to inform you of the change of schedule. Once you have been notified, you may reschedule. Education Services shall not be liable for any other costs including, but not limited to, any non-refundable travel arrangements if a course is rescheduled or cancelled.

ONSITE TRAINING

What is onsite training?
In addition to our publicly-scheduled classes, most of our instructor-led courses can be delivered onsite at your location. The course content, agenda, and timing can be tailored to your specific needs, or you may choose the standard content for any course. The minimum course delivery duration for onsite training is two days.

How much lead time do I need to schedule onsite training?
To register for any onsite training, please plan six weeks in advance. We require confirmation of the required equipment checklist and payment prior to scheduling and confirming a date for the onsite course. Confirmation is required two weeks before the start date of classes in the U.S. and three weeks before international classes to ensure delivery of materials. Once the date is firmly scheduled, our cancellation policy becomes effective.

How do I arrange an onsite training class?

How many students can participate?
Up to 10 students can participate.

What if my location has specific security-access requirements?
You should notify RSA Education of any specific security requirements at your location prior to the event. If special security passes or access are required, please contact the registrar to arrange this prior to the instructor's arrival.

What if I want to arrange a private virtual class?
You can take advantage of our live, virtual capability. Please email the RSA Training Center for more information.

VIDEO ILT

What is Video ILT?
Video ILT is a video streamed over the internet which includes instructor-delivered content, lab exercises, and student materials. Learning can take place on your timetable and you can review content in whatever order works for you.
