Register now for EMC Online Support, your single destination for support and online access to numerous resources, including product-specific support information, software license activation, service request creation and management, self-help tools, downloads, and technical support via Live Chat.
Step 2—Register Your EMC Products
Register your EMC products to speed up processing of your service requests. With your EMC Online Support account information from Step 1, you can register your products during product installation or via Service Center. We also recommend signing up to receive EMC Advisories for your products. Further assistance is available in the EMC Customer Support Guide.
Step 3—Get Connected with EMC Secure Remote Support
Leverage EMC Secure Remote Support (ESRS) for secure 24x7 monitoring, proactive issue diagnosis, and repair for supported EMC systems. ESRS also provides audit records of remote support activity, and the bandwidth to accommodate large log file downloads and software upgrades—all with minimal intervention. To connect or to verify your connectivity status, simply open a Service Request or contact your local Service Manager.
