RSA BSAFE Crypto Next Generation

RSA BSAFE Crypto Next Generation is a provider implementation for the Microsoft cryptography next-generation (CNG) application programming interface (API). BSAFE Crypto Next Generation includes two user-mode CNG providers that are drop-in replacements: Microsoft primitive provider and Microsoft Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) protocol provider.

Cryptographic functions supplied by the BSAFE CNG providers register with the highest priority at the time of installation, making them the default implementation. By overriding standard Microsoft providers, the BSAFE CNG implementation will provide organizations with stronger security and improved performance.
