This layer comprises predefined components and associated application programming interfaces (APIs) and a full suite of ready-to-use services for enabling customizations, integrations, and application development. The platform’s component and development layer encompasses EMC Documentum Enterprise Content Services, which includes EMC Documentum Foundation Services, standards-based application programming interfaces (APIs), and an extensible set of business objects for developing and deploying content applications.
