Momentum User Group
become a group leader:
Help propel your EMC Momentum User Group. Each user group can have up to four customer leaders. Leaders plan meetings, represent the voice of their group members, and influence final meeting decisions. Members are eligible to vote annually for their group leaders.
Why become a group leader?
Raise your status and the profile of your organization as a thought leader in the Information Intelligence community. Become a primary go-to contact for your local peers to deliver their feedback, and assist with continuously improving agenda topics, educational opportunities, and knowledge sharing within your community.
Leadership responsibilities
- Canvassing members for suggestions and setting meeting agendas
- Dedicating approximately 2-4 hours per meeting to facilitate agenda topics, speakers, dates, locations, and activities
- Continuously engaging customers, strengthening local user group network ties, and raising awareness of regional group activities
Leaders must be in agreement with the EMC Momentum User Group Terms and Conditions.
Once you apply for the group leadership position, your name will be placed on the annual election ballot. Momentum User Group members have the opportunity to vote annually for their group leaders.
