Kashya KBX5000 CRR and CDP products have been combined and renamed EMC Recoverpoint
Support
Beginning September 4, 2006, support for Kashya KBX5000 CRR and CDP products (now renamed EMC RecoverPoint) is provided to customers online or via the telephone through EMC’s award-winning Customer Service organization.
EMC’s eService support tools on Powerlink, EMC’s secure customer web portal, gives customers fast online support, self-management, and proactive planning 24x7. Register for Powerlink at: http://powerlink.emc.com, and then click on the “Support” tab and register for WebSupport, EMC’s online service request submission and management system.
For live support, telephone the EMC Customer Support Center and select the option for RecoverPoint support. Have your Site ID handy. It has been mailed to you or you can request it from the Customer Support Center.
