The deadline to submit proposals is Friday May 18, 2012.

This year’s NetWitness User Conference has two tracks—“Technical” for deep dives on technology and “Business & Strategy” to discuss the business context of security information to better identify and prioritize risks while improving incident management.

Technical Track Submissions:

Include best practices, case studies, innovative uses of the platform, advanced threat analysis, integration successes, and the like. Gear these “How To” presentations to analysts and those who use the product regularly. Include screen shots and recorded or interactive demonstrations. Present case studies from any NetWitness application (Informer, Investigator, Spectrum, etc.) or NetWitness with other security tools.

Business & Strategy Track Submissions:

Focus on use of RSA NetWitness, network security strategy, or business decisions impacted by network security. Include best practices, case studies, or war stories. You might discuss innovative SOC strategies, NetWitness fit with a security vision, how to get executive buy-in, measuring ROI, non-technical case studies, etc. The presentation should explain a business problem, desired outcomes, and success metrics.
