EMC & WSCA/NASPO
WSCA/NASPO’s stated objective for this contract is to establish a permissive Master Price Agreement with EMC, the industry leader in data storage products, so that Purchasing Entities may order products appropriate for their needs. As such, EMC is offering its world-class data storage products, SAN Infrastructure products and backup, recovery and archive solutions, and services.
EMC Storage Philosophy
Data Storage Solutions are increasingly complex:
- SAN, NAS, iSCSI?
- Storage options – type of disk (Fibre, SATA, Flash, SAS), sizes, energy efficiency, performance, reliability?
- How do you protect the data?
It has been EMC’s experience that only direct customer interaction with an EMC or EMC Authorized Partner Data Storage Architect allows for the selection of storage solutions that perfectly address the customer’s needs, requirements and expectations. As such, EMC does not offer online configuration or ordering capabilities. Please contact your local EMC Sales or EMC Partner Representatives for configurations and ordering.
