Business Operations Leadership Development Program

Develop into one of our future Business Operations leaders by gaining insight and experience in a variety of operational, analytical, and financial areas. Rotating through three one-year assignments, you'll acquire a comprehensive understanding of EMC's Business Operations and Go To Market Strategy.

EMC's Business Operations Leadership Development (BOLD) is a rotational program that will help you gain a more focused idea of what you'd like to do. Lindsay is a member of BOLD and has had the opportunity to try out different areas of the business.
