Cancellation Policy
All registrants who cancel prior to the Summit or who do not attend the Summit forfeit the entire registration fee. Should you have extenuating circumstances, please email Registration Support. Registrations are however transferable (see Substitution Policy below). Please remember that canceling your registration does not automatically cancel your hotel and travel arrangements. Individuals are responsible for canceling their own hotel and travel reservations.
Substitution Policy Substitutions are allowed with the written permission of the original registrant. You may submit your request via email. Please note there will be a $50 processing fee for any substitutions to cover administrative expenses.
Payment
You can by credit card or check. If you are paying by check, please note that the check must be postmarked by the corresponding deadline date in order to receive that pricing. A purchase order is not an accepted form of payment. If you arrive on-site with a balance due, you will be required to pay the full on-site price for the package selected.
Discounts
Only ONE (1) discount may be applied to an individual registration. Under no circumstances can any of the discounts be combined. Your registration must be paid in full before the Early Bird and Discount deadlines in order to receive the pricing for those discounts.
Age Limitation
Attendees must be 21 years of age to attend RSA Archer GRC Summit 2012 and all related events including the Welcome Reception and the networking event on Thursday evening. Requests for any exception to this term must be made in writing to conference management.
Photography, Audio and Video Recording
RSA Archer GRC Summit is held in a public space; therefore we do not prohibit participants, exhibitors, sponsors, news organizations, and other companies from photographing or video- or audio-taping some conference activities. RSA Archer reserves the right to use images taken at the conference with your photograph and/or likeness in future marketing materials.
