Employee Time Off

In your first year at EMC, you receive 26 days off! This total includes a flexible time off policy comprising vacation, holiday, and personal⁄sick time.

If you join EMC with at least ten years of job-related experience as of your date of hire (as determined by the hiring and employment manager), you may be eligible for an additional five vacation days each year, after one year of service with EMC. From the fifth to the tenth year the total accrual rate remains at 15 days per year, regardless of prior work experience.
