Technology solutions
Quench your thirst for tech innovation by learning internal consulting and cross-functional, business analyst skills in the Business Technology Consultant Program. Create and build solutions, then watch them solve business challenges for EMC. This program exposes you to three different functional portfolio teams that act as liaisons between business groups and the rest of the IT organization. Training on technology areas, core professional skills, and consulting ("soft" skills), round out your cross functional experience.
Business operations
Accelerate your career at EMC as a Sales Analyst in EMC's Business Operations Leadership Development (BOLD) program. This rotational program provides focused training, mentorship, and rotations. After completion of this 36-month program, you will understand what it takes to drive best-in-class analytics, processes, and systems.
Lindsay
EMC's Business Operations Leadership Development (BOLD) is a rotational program that will help you gain a more focused idea of what you'd like to do. Lindsay is a member of BOLD and has had the opportunity to try out different areas of the business.
Finance
Get your career at EMC off to a solid start with this program designed for entry-level hires and recognized as one of the "top seven finishing schools" by CFO Magazine. This highly selective program combines business-specific training, job rotations, and mentoring. Participants gain the skills, network, and experience they need to succeed at EMC.

EMC Global Services provides consulting, implementation, integration, education, management, and support services to help customers get maximum value out of their information strategies and EMC’s portfolio. The Global Services Leadership Development Program (GSLDP) is a 24-month program consisting of four six-month rotations within Global Services. GSLDP participants, including both recent undergraduates and MBA students, strengthen their technical, business, and leadership skills by working with experienced leaders throughout the Global Services team.
