EMC Residency Services employs hundreds of service professionals around the globe to assist customers with day-to-day information infrastructure operations, management, and support. The program offers exciting and challenging opportunities to work with customers worldwide in a variety of roles, from everyday operational storage to development of long-term information infrastructure strategy.

Anthony, Resident
Anthony brings his deep expertise in EMC Symmetrix and CLARiiON products to help customers that lack the staff and/or specific skills needed to work with these platforms.

Brian, Resident
Brian applies his expertise in EMC software products and Windows environments to help customers manage and improve their day-to-day operations.

Dennis, Strategic Account Manager
Dennis is responsible for "everything that goes under account management"—including 24x7 escalations, field change orders, emergency bug fixes, reporting, coordinating installs, and more.

Nadeem, Resident
Nadeem has a dual role as a storage operations specialist and resident consultant at a large customer site, responsible for managing a wide range of EMC SAN products and backup software.

Stone, Resident
Stone assisted with an EMC SAN migration at the customer site and now serves as the SAN administrator, fulfilling daily provisioning and other requests, including backup and troubleshooting.
